I heard from a friend that if you dont have the honorable soldier ribbon, your chance of winning a BM gun diminishes... is this true? because i've spent 100k zp on crates but i have not won anything yet. (I don't have honorable soldier ribbon).

Ribbons do nothing cept give you items or other stuff.
