youre most likely banned by of our security system, which detects any malicious activities (ex. hacking) on your computer.

and if you are banned by the security system, which by the way is very accurate,
your ban is permanent and you will NOT be unbanned.

just simply reset your modem or router and if that doesnt work there is a post on her to change your IP that works but thats all u need is a new IP
