[Request] How to make a sig
Can someone send me a link to a site that lets you make super cool pictures like sigs? or any programs such as gimp and photoshop and stuff? i want a program that lets me open a picture, lets me colour over it and let me colour the background, and let me type a word on the picture and pick my colour of the font for the word
What is gimp? Just download potoshop cs3 or cs4.
Its complicated to get cs4 for free when you have parential controls blocking it
