To be more specific, hopefully this will help; when moving left or right, you can get stuck in any block; when stuck in a block, you can move left, but not move right. Odd right?

But when i used the patch for my terraria it works fine untill i move then i get stuck in the ground which really is a pain

Do you HAVE the XNA framework installed?

Edit: Got it installed turned out i had it so i pressed repair, i use windows 8 is that a problem?
