Does it occur naturally without hacks/glitching?

From i remember if you change to a MG (mostly) or any Primary gun too fast when your in the air, you will get the error...
That happends like 1 time per 15 games... So no worries...

Are you using modded weapon skins etc... ?

Giving this, when you are a mutant, and somebody shoot you (Hero / Mutant mode) and you knocking back and the genius server detect something wrong...
