otay, my friend just called me saying her brother just went to jail n they conviscated my phone...
I let him borrow my spare iPhone 4 phone due to him needing one and he is in jail now and had the phoen conviscated
is there like a way I can get my damn phone back?

I got proof, I have the monthly bills for it and all.
I even have the papers of the contract with that number in my name and all.

I had a iphone 4s but the screen cracked and finished it by it falling in the toliet...
The iPhone 4 was my spare incase the HTC went out, but now I have no spare :|

I'd call the popo (the place he is locked up at), explain the situation and ask them what to do.

Naw, srsly though, I think it depends on what he was arrested for. I.e if was dealing, the phone is probably an article of evidence, otherwise if it was something like speeding or driving drunk, the phone is probably irrelevant.

Nah, I went up there to get it and they said the reason they conviscated it is because they busted him driving with marjuianna in the back of the driver seat, and using it for evidence. I gave them my address and will ship it back after the court hearing is over.

I guess you can go ask if you can get it back, but since they were a part of a crime, the phone may count as evidence.

It is, they found texts of him texting other people about weed, so they have to track down all the other people and shit like that....
UGH I will just sell the damn thing after I get it back
