Crap I know I have a virus.

this happend to my last computer and i had to get it fixed and reinstall windows becuasethe boot records were not found, well there is a virus on my computer currently and I know that when I shutdown my computer it is not going to start up becuase last time the same thing happend, anyway in my "C:\" folder I have the following files that i know are not supposed to be there but are there.
here is a list of them:

ntldr file type : system file
Config file type :System file
keyhook.txt (spyware "no duh!")
NTDETECT.exe
pagefile file type : System file
RECYCLER file type : FOLDER
