Afaik creating cars (in a manner that is not flagged) is impossible - all you can do is teleporting existing vehicles to your position.

No, you can still use the goat method, and if its restricted just change the goat to a cow or a boar.

i just have to run on arma 96494 and dayz 1.7.2.5
