Tool/Hack to generate duplicates

Everyone knows that when emerged Steam Trade, was possible to open two trading windows: One "in game" and another on "Steam App." Well the player placed an "X" item in both windows and finalizing the trade, creating a duplicate of the used item (With luck, could make up the item triplicates). After the correction of November last year, there was no further news of any possible way to generate duplicates...

So I wanna know if someone who understands some programming language can do a "script / hack" or something that could generate duplicates of items.
