LOL, you need a verification process. bascially, Nexon sends you a SMS that has verification numbers, and you should type that verification numbers back.
if you don't have a cell phone that is registered in S. Korea, you can't play KWR. end of story...

best option is a kind Korean guy make a account and give it to you, if possible...
