I got a problem. Every time when i start ava > go to co-op channel > make a dv extreme room, and open CE > open the Noobcake.CT file and right-click "client sided room" and select "Find out what address this code reads from" my AVA crashes instantly!

Game Guard Bypass and .erl remover. Give them a go before trying again. What OS are you on?
If you don't get an error message then you probably didn't change the setting of the debugger. Aeria implented Themida protector on the executable of the game.
Which OS are you running, x32 or x64? We need more info.
