The only problem I see with that is the file size restriction on .rar files is too small..Also, about 50% of the time I try to upload files, it fails. I want to help out and share, but I'm not going to spend a bunch of time trying to upload the files again and again. The only outside links I ever had to post were in my own fileshare account,which I subscribe to and pay for, so I'm pretty sure of the contents.

a better rule would that only people with a certain post count around 200-1000 would beable to share hacks.
