Need help to code a bot (script) for this game

So recently I've tried to make a bot like professional gold farmers use for games like World of Warcraft, Diablo III, and Runescape. I don't know the first thing about professional bots though. Here is an image of the game:



Information:

The game is a webclient game and there is no downloadable client
The game is made with adobe flash player
The game is a "mouse-only" type of game

My intentions are to create the bot to kill a monster (2 clicks to engage combat) and then loot it for gold. If the monster has this item id for loot, then loot it, otherwise repeat script.

I need help finding what program can I use to create a script for this program
What type of knowledge would I need to learn how to write the script for this bot

Try AutoHotKey or AutoIt (I use AutoHotKey)
The knowledge you need is quite basic actually, because it seems as for this game you'll only be needing pixel searching (Make the program look for pixels and return XY coordinates)
