Spawn DayZ zombies in Arma 2?

Anyone have an idea if it's possible to spawn zombies in the mission editor of Arma 2?

Yes, you have to revert back to 1.7.2.3 and (if my memory serves me right) they will be under Civillians > Chernarus > Zombies. You can also spawn all of the roadblocks, objects, wrecks, etc.
