How to Tweet?

You mean i have to go to @nfsworld Then i have to find the Thursday tweet contest then i have to Re tweet that?

It's not that hard honestly, Just make a Twitter account if you don't already have one, 'Follow' them, then find their tweet about whatever thursday thing you're talkin' about. Then click retweet. or C&P

Setup an account and follow useful information like.. Pagasa, News, events in the Philippines.
