So here's my Mechromancer lvl 50 2.5 save file, complete with Legendary Mechromancer mod (+35% cooldown rate), +50% vitality relic, +70% shotgun & launcher ammo relic, a bunch of legendary shields (including all elemental bee shields), as well as elemental practicable (x7) conference calls and elemental norfleets (Slag/Corrosive/Shock/Incendiary). As a bonus, there are duped legendary mechromancer mods in the vault to share with your friends!
None of the sidequests have even been touched for TVHM, which means that when you do pick them up, they'll all be leveled to 50 along with their rewards (want a lvl 50 Wave?, here's your chance to earn it on your own). At the same time it does mean you'll continuously have to watch the marcus and zed intros until you finish their tutorial quests.
As far as the hacking is concerned, all i did was give the char enough xp to get to lvl 50 so i could rush through pt1 and 2. There is no expanded backpack, bank space, and no extra skillpoints. Given this forum however, it shouldn't be a problem to change any of these things within a minute (and don't ask me about it!). Oh I also just used one norfleet/conference call, and then just changed the elemental in an editor (don't ask me about this either!).
For those that download it and use it for future uploads; there is no need to credit me. All I did was rush through playthrough 1 & 2, everything else was only made possible by the entire BL2 community.

Edit: Only one sidequest was touched, the claptrap's secret stash one. Given that it doesn't give any rewards beyond cash and xp I didn't see a problem with doing that. In fact, I only saw benefit.
Edit 2: also sticky homing bonnies in vault. Completely forgot about these. Slag/corrosive/incendiary/shock/explosive ones in there. These were also edited through the editor, only found the explosive one and just duped and edited it to include the other elements. This one still is finicky to me given that i can't find a single post anywhere about both sticky & homing bonnies (can only find sticky lobbed and -just- homing), so future updates might remove them (doubtful given the history of the original BL).
Edit 3: Also big props to
Skrotorian for keeping up the skins/heads mule, even though I didn't need it myself I thank him and others involved for giving the finger to Gearbox' terrible droprates for everything you want to drop. As if we're paying a monthly subscription or something... -_-;
