Failed to download patchlist file [AFTER FIXING VERSION.INI]

Hi I just fixed the Version.ini from here http://www.mpgh.net/forum/243-crossf...lean-file.html
I posted a topic on it then got it fixed. Now the problems back. Also to @Hero, I mean no disrespect to what so ever your epic but can you let me reply before closing it? Thanks. Back on to the problem. I fixed the Version.ini and now when I run as admin straight from the patcher I get a new error when the patchers loading. It now says "Failed to download patchlist file" I have the file as a readme. Can you guys help? I quit 2 months ago because of this problem...
@Temperrr Helpful guy he gave me the version.ini clean code. Just checking if this is right
