User.ini Encrypt , please help me
Hello there my friend , as you seen i have tell you that i want to release a hack , but i also need your help with this . . . Remember when @dBased release the kfx archive tool ? 
, yeah I guess so the name of the program . . . I use the tool to decrypt the user.ini . . And I also have edit it . . . Now my question is , how to make it .ini file again / or how to make it original .ini file , because i have use the file that as example : row.ini.dec . . . And i also have try to encrypt these file to : row.ini.dec.enc . . . Hahah , funny isnt ? . . . So if you guys help me . . I will release it . . Thank you
