how to use hex editor to hack blackshot

I noticed that most people ask me to use hex editor to edit bsv filed, creating a hack..... but i need to know how to use it... i am already very confused with the numbers but more confused with the weird signs on its right.... can anyone help me by teamviewer or something? I am will to pay the helper 320gs

the only thing i dont know is how to use the hex editor and identify which hex is for what.... go google seacrh also found only this page.... and all of you guys ask me to search google....
