Casual server change ?

Ahoy there folks, i was thinking about this for a long time now, but i think that nexon should change the casual server, as the name suggests its for "Casual" players, not for GOA and LT2's.It makes no sense that high ranked people join the casual room to farm exp,gp on newbish players.IT should be a limit to max rank of idk SFC or something,and after that rank you go to the elite room.This is really annoyng, i have been playing for a few days now, joining casual, seeing alot of hackers and f***ing specialists who get easy money from the fresh and weak.What do you guis think ?
