Hi i would like to know if it is possible to create a software that extract data from the game as loots, monster, item, raw materials, recipe etc...
The mean is not to modifie the game but to create a database website with the game information to help player to get what they need...

That kind of information you wi need to calculate yourself ingame. You may be able to hire somebody to create a program that hooks into the game and collects this data, but there is currently no available software to do as such without going through every raw variable.
