VB.NET SendKeys - CS:S

Hello, I'm working on a bunny hop cheat that will detect if a player is touching the ground then jump. I've got the ground detection, but now when I try to send the space key it's being blocked by CS:S. Is there an undetected method for sending keys, or should I just move it over to C++?

I don't know anything about this, but C++ > VB.NET for almost all hacking applications. imo
