I Need Help With My Cd Key

I've tried many CD key changers and can't seem to change my CD key. Here's the problem: I open up a CD key changer . I type in the new one, I click exit. I then open up Arma 2 OA and try to join a server. I'm globally banned, so i go to check the CD key and its the same one as before. I even open Regedit and try to go and change it through there. I manage to change it, only to find out that its been switched with the other one AGAIN.

Are you running through steam?

Are you allowing steam on dayzcommander?

I Am Running Through Steam To Start Up Arma 2 OA. Do I Need to get rid of the file path in arma 2 OA
