HELP! Steam Acc Issues

Hey Guys, I Just Bought A Steam Acc Off A Guy, And It Came With MW3,BO And The Game I Bought It For, BLACK OPS II, But When I Try To Install It, It Says, Invalid blah blah blah, wrong region, im really annoyed and if someone knows how to get it to work, i would really appreciate it

cause u bought accounf from other country and u cant play here,all u can do is use APN servers but its cost something. Goodluck !

u can use this guide to download all your games and paly them after this guide
except Black Ops 2 not will work (only if u use APN servers while playing)

Yes this has happen with me b4 the game was probs brought in Russia (only place u can buy it from and have this problem) so if u live in Australia or somewhere else apart from russia u won't be able to download so get ur money/items back ASAP! cuz my deer friend u got scammed
