Update news:
Hello Heroes,
As mentioned in yesterday's front page news, our recent Game Update decided to have some fun with your items.
Some items were not shown anymore and some new items appeared out of nowhere.
Today, at 10:30am (GMT+2) we will be applying a new Update that should resolve this:
Items that should be showing should be back again
Items that should not have been showing should be hidden again
Because you were unable to use those items that weren't displaying properly, we will be extending the duration of affected items. More information on that later today.
If you bought one of the newly appearing items yesterday, you will find today that you don't have them anymore. This is how it's meant to be because these items weren't supposed to be available yet. Should this have happened to you, then please contact Billing Support and specify which item you bought after yesterday's Update.
