The other day i was in a deathmatch and in the room i noticed a first level trainee with a level 2 scout badge...i've not looked into the exp required to level up past the first rank, but surely the like 4-500 odd kills which is required would be more than enough to level you up past first level trainee? Any explanations as its really been bugging me haha
Maybe he had such a terrible KD that he barely got xp for each match which led to small xp.
Or the account was a cow in farm which relates to that ^ I don't know xD
