Question about hacks and virus

Sorry if my question is stupid but how you are sure if the scanned program/hack is false positive and no real virus?(you check the code or something)?and the creater dont connect with the hack in net??Im curious because i dont know XDD and i appreciate if you answer me...

We check the program code if possible, if it has any kind of internet connection. Virus aren't that easy to hide. If it is virus, keylogger or whatever it's easy to find out. We have our ways
