Screen Recording Software

Does anybody know any recording software that has a pause option
unlike FRAPS

i tried camtasia not very good

Camtasia and DemoCreator software like this is not good at game recording. You may try ZD soft or Wegame(for free). But I am not sure there is the Pause feature or not.
