need Help plz!!! be appreciated if u can help!

Well......... In combat arms i hve an accnt. But smething is wrong with it b/c i cant quit my freaking clan!!!!!! It says unauthorized user and i put my arrow key over it and it says fail and a big orange X is there. So fr sme werid wierd Reason i cant quit my clan!!!!!!!!!!! Plz does any1 know whts wrong and wht i can do to fix it????
