Mw3 kill streak hack

Hi guys I wanted to know if a hack exists that allows you to swop your assault strike package to support strike package for mw3 steam version. I have searched but I haven't been able to find anything of a like.

If you would, you might have considered the option that this has been patched.
And is no longer do-able

It's do-able on versions like Tekno and IW5M ..... I think.
