hey how do you use, Apply your own xp, what stuff do you change?

Runs fine for me. I have Windows 7 64Bits

does this work on 4d1 mw3 version?

Maybe something went wrong while uploading, beacuse what i downloaded is not even close to that what i saw on the video..

I cant fake my name for some reason it never changes in game and it just keeps resetting in the hack tool menu

This will never work for any type of mw3 that is not from steam (unless they don't use dedicated servers) To use this hack you have to be host which on servers there is no host like 4D1
