Question about finding items

Does anyone whats the finding item cap each week? the problem is I left tf2 all the night with the launch options(-textmode -nosound -noipx -novid -nopreload -nojoy -sw -maxplayers 2 +sv_lan 1 +map "itemtest") but after that i didnt got any items like in a day, but suddenly i got 1 item... so im really confused

I think the item cap for TF2 is somewhere between 9-12 items. I am not really sure but I think that is it. It resets every Thursday 8:00 (I dont remember what timezone though)

Item cap is 12, kinda sucks.
