WarRock Modding/Skinning

Maybe 2 stupids questions

I checked some video's about modding and skinning on youtube.
It looks fun and i wanna make some to.

My questions:

1.What is the different between Modding & Skinning?
2.Can you get a bann for Modding & Skinning?

1, idk...Skinning as far as i know is changing the outside look of a character or vehicle, Modding i think its adding stuff all together, like a new weapon or meebe a different type of car.

2. you cannot, as other players dont see it (unless ur in cqc, and even then i dont think they do)

You cant get banned. But there are restrictions. You cant edit characters etc.

Exactly. Modding, Map, Characters , Vehicles , and Ingame Stuff, As been Patched.

Graphics& Sound is the only way to Mod WarRock.
