Honest opinion here:
Its good but you could have taken a lot more time into it. The GUI looks very disgusting, make it better. And you could have added more features to the whole web browser thing. It has the same things like every other basic webbrowser. For example you could have added favourites tab, proxy, and many more features. Then the webbrowser could get a bit interesting.

Fast browser?

This uses the regular .net webcontrol... that's not fast.
