Help With Registry

Okay, let me first off state this, im sorry for being a noob.

Now let me Confusion being... So arma 2 OA gave me a registry error, so i did what all smarter people would do and check out the hexed key, turns out my hexed key is not binary, PLUS itsRED?! im really confused, i cant delete the RED CD key... please help! :'(
