Taking away the firearms will not really solve any problems. The fact of the matter is. the banishment of guns will not stop crimes around the country. What do I mean? Criminals will always be able to obtain firearms if they see fit, even if it is illegal. Robbing banks and stores or anything is illegal, but people do it anyways, so what is stopping them from not breaking the new gun laws? What needs to be focused on are the mental illnesses that cause the crimes :/ I feel that things need to be dealt with, but in a more appropriate manner.

The fact of the matter stands, the Government is going to continue to find ways to suppress us, especially when it comes to weaponry.

Taking away guns won't really solve anything. You can just check the track record of many other countries with that to be sure.

Its more of the media glorifying murders and shit than anything else.

If I recall correctly Switzerland's banned guns and only has around 100 deaths per year

Switzerland also has programs that allow those with heroin addictions to get treatment in proper facilities, successfully fighting the war on drugs with drugs themselves. The only major opposition to this was an attempt on a gun ban in the residence in 2011 which had been rejected. The majority of these weapons are military grade fully automatic assault rifles. An average citizen may also buy a gun with the proper permit, however you can purchase hunting rifles in Switzerland without a permit. Only fully automatic weaponry and weapon mods are prohibited to be purchased in Switzerland.
