I got it working by:

War Rock Compatability Mode XP
Hack Injector Compatability Mode XP
War Rock Run As Admin
Hack Run As Admin

However I think I just crashed it again lol.

War Rock sometimes not loading for you guys?

Get's stuck on loader saying "Cancel"

EDIT: The hack doesn't work on Windows Vista. I've ran all in compatability and as an admin and it gives me the same Toucan IPC error.

omg im so sorry but im done i wish i could get to work ive downloaded tons from this site and have had no problem download using winrar now that im using winrar i unstilled it tryed downloading it again now it wont wotk its just a file and i cant open it at all ohh well guess ill have to wait till tomrowow or something to get new hack lol i dont know i read dude commet on how to use it wont work

BTW guys, try using a different injector.. Phenom, Download hack, Right click the file and select extract here, use another injector, rename both the injector and the .dll to the same name for example "MPGH.exe & MPGH.dll" k?

Edit: This thing has 4 BYPASSES! idk why, but sometimes i get a c++ library error.. sometimes i dont.. but im sure it has something to do with it having 4 bypasses.. so anymore error messages and ima have to close this one, and have someone check it over see if they can fix it.

I tried several injectors and re-named the exe to the DLL in there and I still got the error.

Crap i really liked it too... oh well.. let the makers know, 4 bypasses does not = good, but it overruns C++ library
