What's the difference between a US east server and US_vs_EU. Both are in the US, on the east. Only one has the ability to have EU players.

How are we supposed to locate MPGH's gamign room lol? I mean, which gold premium member would be stupid enough to write MPGH in-game?

Aside that (assuming you used a premium hack), at what time would the game be hosted?
