Crossfire NA Doesn't work PLEASE HELP

Hey,

After a long time i wanted to play CF NA again. (I'm from Europe
I know accounts created after August are not playable anymore, but i made my account in 2008.
I've send a message to Z8 bullshit and they replied that my IP was valid but they didn't know what caused the IP restriction or something.
They said i needed to reset my Internet modem.
I did that but it still says that the service is not availble in my region.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I payed alot of ZP for this account and i want to play on it.
I'm sure it's not banned/hacked or anything.

u could use a IP hider

I used HSS and now i can play, but now there is another problem...
All my items ar gone, and my level, k/d, everything! Wtf?!
