If you go to minecon get you a e-mail to collect the cape with a link. Than get you the cape. I buy the e-mail/link! Thats how it works.

Dude coensteven the last minecon was different. They asked you to insert your minecraft name when buying the tickets, so you will have to get an account with the cape instead.
