How do i start Rustlers Menu?

Hey guys! I feel quite stupid asking this question but what ever xD Well im having a pretty hard time starting the rustler/Deathshift menu.. So if u have a selution please leave a comment I would be really greatfull

Once you have the bypass and have injected the hack menu, you need to hit insert to inject then tab to open the Rustler menu.

How do i start Rustlers Menu?
