PP19 Heavily Overpowered?

Is it me or is PP19 heavily overpowered? When I picked it up it seemed like it had almost no recoil and godly accuracy and I easily got a ultra kill. Also there are 65 bullets in the mag which is almost like an mg. I'm here to ask your opinion. I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong section because Obama said the chat section would be up tomorrow.

yea its overpowered...teh huge magis mainly what gives it the advantage cause you cam get a ton of kills out of it.... theres 10 extra rounds compared to a normal gun with 30 bullets a mag i think... plus the high power but im not too sure cause it seems whenever i pick one up theres a nade right by it i ddint see
