Hey, i have a question. How people make overpower item in multiplayer. I see this in alot of pvp server they have like a diamond boots with 1k recul and thing like that (They are not op) . Is this a program or something like that ? Thanks for reply.

Obviously, that item had to of been given to by an administrator or someone with OP powers, because you said he wasn't OP. It isn't a legit item if it's really overpowered like 1k. He could be a donator, or could have won it through a contest.
