I need help again with server

Sorry with asking too much for help butim a noob xD (but i learn fast)
1.i could play with my friends in the normal minecraft server.exe
but when i add a bukkit server with a blugin essentials i cloudt login to my server it say badlogin
when i but it to offline mode it say took to long to login and it dose'nt login what should i do please help...

What essentials are you installing? Are you sure you're using the right launcher? Have you set the online mode to 'off' in the server properties?

So you and all your friends are using the cracked and when you switched to bukkit it no longer allowed you to join?

I haven't had that problem.. Make sure offline-mode is true.

Thanks it was the online mode thats why.
