Screenshots

Not sure if this is the place where I should be asking. But does anyone know how I could take screen shots. I always notice hacks having screen shots of there desktop for tutorials and other helpful stuff. I was wondering if anyone knew something I could google to be able to take screen shots?

ITS VERY COMPLICATED...You see to take a proper screenshot you have to press the PrintScreen button on the keyboard. WARNING! Excessive usage of the PrintScreen button causes mental disorders.

Thanks. Sorry I don't take screen shots that much. I just use to use Hyper Cam or something. Thank you. Also, I love the sarcasm.
