A graphical hack maybe?

So I thought of this weird idea. Free Reflex or EOTech maybe. In mw3 it was possible to make something like that by replacing the skin of the original gun to one with a sight.( I got that info from the texture hack for the color aimbot ) I could be working on one sometime this year is someone has experience in this. If its not possible, I could make a transparent window that sits over the game and has a little graphic of a red dot that sits over the view of the gun when you look down the sights. It could also be possible to get EOtech for pistols and the crossbow =D

btw its still awesome to run around with a reddot + target finder ability :P but OT: is rather impossible due to the lack of real sources to change weapon skins etc

Eh i guess ytoof. Although it is a great idea it might never happend =3 Also I don't think it would be possible for a working target finder with a external.
