I think it should work if you have
A; Working bypass
B; Have Cheat Engine installed

It seems now that the no reload needs a bypass.

I created a no-reload myself a few months ago with Cheat Engine (easy to do), but the numbers reset after a few games so the no-reload would stop working and have to be re-created. There is also a similar way to create godmode, but of course it was patched a while ago.

ammo count is server sided while reload is client side
