Type; /pl or; /plugins If they don't work, you can't see them. (They're disabled in the permissions config)
You could try to type something like /lwc or something like that and see if it tells you that you dont have permission or if the command is unknown, although if the command is unknown, it is possible that a another plugin is hiding it.
