I cant see your picture yet... but if you have an error like this picture, than you most download Visual C++ Redistributable's
There are 4 versions of C++ and installed all of them
MS Visual C++ Redistributable 2005
MS Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 (x64 AND x86 versions)
MS Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 (x64 AND x86 versions)
MS Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 (x64 AND x86 versions)

I can not imagine that Visual C++ Redistributable 2005 and 2008 works
because Crysis 3 requires the 'Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
But... you never know

Ok....I have seen your picture error now
The first thing i see is a nice background
I also see a newer Winject, my Winject I use is a lot older (8 years)
What very strange is that the Process Opened(Crysis3.exe) and the DLL inject are both.... ok
Let's try my old Winject

Try my old Winject Injector you can find it on this thread at page 3 / nr #37.

And Download NET Framework 4.5 is a highly compatible, in-place update to NET Framework 4
Download .NET Framework 4.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center
File name: dotNetFx45_Full_setup.exe (not necessary for Windows 8)

Or install the lasted AMD driver here:
AMD Catalyst
As you on the website can see..... AMD has update this driver also for Crysis 3
Just try it........ if it doesn't work you can always uninstall it.
