Registry destroyed, bad cd key. Help.

Before you say anything, I read and followed the sticky 3 fucking times.

I had been playing DayZ for awhile, and had been global banned twice. I bought a new key, and decided hacking was boring. I changed my key, I got a different menu, and installed Windows 8 without launching DayZ/OA. I didn't download anything else. After Windows 8 is installed (I am using my win7 files, if it helps) I launch up Steam. I try launching DayZ through DayZ commander, and notice that it says Arma 2 is missing. I click reinstall/install/whatever and it says 'Wrong CD key'. I try to open my keychanger and put in my recently purchased key, but the program won't launch. I get error 5, can't find arma 2, access denied, etc. I go into my registry to allow control, thinking I disabled it. I noticed that there is no key file in the ArmA 2 OA folder. At this moment I sort of panicked. I then thought I could launch the game with Steam as admin to regen the files. That didn't work, OA crashed saying bad serial key. I decide to open regedit and see what the permissions looks like.

It looks mildly strange to me. I have tried completely reinstalling OA and ArmA 2 with no luck. I tried creating a Key file with all the 0's or whatever, and it just got deleted. I checked my processes, there was nothing suspicious. I also did a scan with AVG and Malware Bytes. If any one could help, I would be so grateful. I really just want to play.
